The T.J. Martell Foundation is the music industry’s leading non-profit foundation that funds innovative medical research focused on finding treatments and cures for cancer. The Foundation sources and supports early-stage translational research projects which otherwise might not be funded.
In Real Life attended the T.J Martell Foundation on October 7, 2017 located at the Grove, LA. They explained that the cause was something they were all "very passionate about."[1] Sergio added, "I just think helping out... make a difference to make someone else's life a little (or obviously a lot better) is rewarding for everybody." They performed along with Dancing With The Stars contestant Jordan Fisher and musician and actor Sofia Carson, all of them belonging to the same label, Hollywood Records.
The honorees for L.A. Family Day include Greg Thompson, President of Maverick, Amy Howe, COO of Ticketmaster and her family and Dr. Robert Seeger, Principle Investigator, Cancer Research Program Director, Cancer Research Program 1989-2017, at Children's Hospital Los Angeles.[2]
